Created in France in 1936 by Madame Ella Baché, the Ella Baché brand has grown from a small shop on 8 Rue de la Paix, Paris, into an international skincare brand available in fifty-three countries. Today, the Rue de la Paix shop still exists and Ella Baché remains one of the oldest family-owned Skincare Companies in the world. Our sun care range, which was locally developed for protection under the Australian sun is now world famous.

The Ella Baché philosophy is so much more than just products…it is based on our therapists’ superior understanding of the skin and each individual’s skincare needs. We do not just classify the client as 'normal, oily or dry,' we diagnose each skin and then prescribe an individual skincare recipe of products and treatments that are just right for that individual skin.

Points are earned every time you experience any of our luxurious treatments, and also by purchasing any Ella Bache products. You are automatically enrolled when you provide us with your details. If redeeming points on Thursday night or Saturday and Sunday, 35% extra points will be deducted.
VPL payments are not included in the loyalty program

 

We accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS for payments of $20 or more.

24hrs notice is appreciated both by us and other clients.

Ella Bache' Randwick has a 24 hour cancellation and appointment re-schedule policy.  This is in consideration of all clients wishing to make a booking and our therapists rostered on each day.  As a courtesy we also confirm all bookings by SMS or telephone the day prior.

A 50% CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON THURSDAY NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY OR NO SHOWS WILL INCUR A 100% FEE, GIFT VOUCHERS WILL ALSO BECOME VOIDED.


Should you be running late for your appointment, we ask that you notify us prior to ensure that we are still able to accommodate the full treatment time.  If not, we are happy to offer a reduced treatment time or re-schedule the appointment according to the above terms.
